Citrus with ginger

In a juicer, combine a teaspoon of grated ginger root, two peeled oranges, a grapefruit, and half a lemon. Do not forget to dilute the resulting juice with water – so the concentration becomes less, which is much more beneficial for the body.
Beetroot
Beet juice is one of the healthiest. It is used for the treatment and prevention of diseases related to the liver, kidneys, gall and bladder, lymphatic system, and also strengthens the immune system. But we especially love it for its effect on skin condition: beet juice evens out the relief and complexion. Combine raw beets, carrots, and apple, crush the resulting water and add a sprig of mint.
Carrot
Carrots contain large amounts of vitamins of groups B, C, and E, which are involved in the process of skin regeneration and are necessary for the healthy functioning of the body. For delicious carrot juice, pass 3-4 carrots and one peeled orange through a juicer, and add a few drops of olive oil to the resulting juice.
Celery
Celery juice has recently become the main healthy lifestyle drink that all Hollywood actresses and famous models talk about. While not as miraculous as many people think, celery juice still removes toxins from the body, gives the skin a glow, and slows down the aging process. Combine two celery stalks with one apple, two tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of ginger root.
Cabbage
Perhaps the most unusual recipe for freshly squeezed juice. Mix cabbage, carrots, and apples to taste in a juicer, and add honey to the resulting juice and dilute it with water. Cabbage juice is rich in iodine, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, sodium, nitrogen, and other minerals and vitamins that will eliminate inflammation in the body.
