Facial massage should not be ignored – it is as necessary as fitness for our body. Spend a few minutes in the evening, and the skin will be grateful – this method improves blood circulation, increases elasticity, and therefore helps prevent the appearance of wrinkles. So the sooner you start, the better!
The basic rule of self-massage that you need to learn before you start is always move from the center to the periphery. And be sure to disinfect your hands with a special solution that is sold in the pharmacy – this is very important!

Step # 1: Cleansing
Before starting the massage, cleanse your skin: wash with a soft foam, and then rub with micellar water or toner to remove all makeup residues.
Step # 2: Moisturize
After you have thoroughly cleansed the skin, proceed to moisturizing: apply your favorite cream on the face with light tapping movements. Do not be stingy – for a massage you need the skin to be a little “slippery”, so you will need more cream than usual.
Step # 3: forehead
Self-massage begins with him. With your right hand, stroke the right half of the forehead from the middle to the temples. At the same time, do the same for the left side of the forehead with your left hand. Perform the movements gently the first 3-4 times, then move on to more intense stroking to warm up the fabric.

In the presence of horizontal and vertical wrinkles on the forehead, one of the methods of smoothing them is to stretch the skin in a direction perpendicular to the location of the wrinkle.
Step # 4: Brows
With the thumbs, index and middle fingers of both hands, form a fold and knead in the direction from the nose to the temple.
Step # 5: Eyes
Use a cream for the area around the eyes – “drive in” it with tapping movements: first the upper eyelid, then the lower.
Step # 6: cheeks
Knead the skin of your cheeks with your fingertips from the center to the periphery – starting at the nose and ending at the ears. Pay attention that it is impossible to stretch the skin too much, but at the same time the movements should be massage, rather intense. This method of massage stimulates microcirculation, promotes regeneration and oxygenation of the skin, activates the lymphatic drainage effect, which ensures the elimination of toxins.
Step 7: nasolabial fold
Smoothing begins near the nose on one side and continuously slide down with one finger along the crease, ending the movement below the end of the crease by 2-3 cm – that is, almost on the chin. At the same time, perform the same movement on the other half of the face. Repeat 10-15 times.
Step # 8: chin
The chin massage is the most important because it is this line that defines the oval of your face. Start working with both hands from the center of the chin, smoothly smoothing the skin towards the earlobes.
