Which is better for breakfast?

From the nutrients contained in egg whites and yolks, both are equally healthy. It depends on what goals you want to get. If you are planning on a weight loss diet, it is better to consume egg whites because they contain lower calories. However, if you need vitamin D intake, you should consume egg yolks.
