Calcium: Calcium is essential for the development and health of bones and teeth of our bodies. Also, it affects our muscle movements. It comes from milk and other dairy products.

Carbohydrates:The body gets energy from carbohydrates. We should include them in every diet. We should eat carbohydrates that slowly break down into sugar. These include whole grains, brown rice, pulses, beans. They are also rich in antioxidants, so they also protect us from diseases like cancer.

Sugar and Fat: Sugar and fat are not completely bad for health, they are very bad. They also have a role in a balanced diet. There are many vitamins (A, D, E, and K) that are absorbed in the body only through fat. Fat and sugar also strengthen body resistance. Fat can be obtained from ghee, oil, butter and sugar from jaggery, honey, etc.
