Do the sport that you like the most consistently. Performing a physical activity will give us energy and keep us motivated, so we can avoid anxiety symptoms .

Coffee: caffeine is an exciting that can increase our nervousness.

Alcohol: it is a depressant of the nervous system that aggravates anxiety .
